The Bautzen Z2 Vintage pack includes eight cars that have been previously operated by German railroad operator Deutsche Bahn (DB) and its predecessor, Deutsche Reichsbahn (DR).

Starting with the original Z2 ABme car manufactured at the Waggonbau Bautzen factory in Germany, which was used as a test platform for the later „Langen Halberstädter“ cars, the prototype is available in 3 distinct paint schemes: the original 1975 factory livery with fawn brown body and orange sliding doors, the 1978 orange/grey body with black chassis paint scheme, very similar to the ABwümz 227 prototype, and the Ame conversion from 1982, painted in a City Express livery.

The pack is completed with the air-conditioned, open compartment, high capacity Z2 “Komfortwagen” used mainly on the “Progress” I-EX trains from Berlin to Prague, being retired after only a few years in service, just like their younger variants, the InterRegio Amz210, ABomz229, and Bomz cars, that were the last new cars ordered by Deutsche Reichsbahn.

The Bautzen Z2 Vintage pack contains the following eight coaches:

TM – DB Bomz 20-95 515-0
TM – DB ABomz 30-90 004-8
TM – DR Amz 10-94 510-3

TM – DR ABme 30-80 007-7 ’75
TM – DR ABme 30-80 007-7 ’78

TM – DR Bmhe 20-90 004-4
