It was modernized by Softronic in 2008 when it was fitted with the ICOL TSAM system. This locomotive was originally modernized and painted in the Unicom livery, but was later purchased by CTV and is nowadays used on various freight trains throughout Romania. This repaint represents the current day look of the EA 555, painted in 2016.

060 EA 531

This is a repaint of the 060 EA 531 belonging to the private operator Unicom Tranzit. It is one of the two ICOL TSAM equipped locomotives of the company. It uses the classic UTZ green-blue-white livery known by every rail enthusiast in the country. It was modernized by Softronic in the year 2008 and is currently deserving freight trains around the country.

060 EA 078

This repaint represents the actual look of the locomotive EA 078 belonging to Cluj Napoca depot. It was made in 1973 by Electroputere Craiova and later modernized with the ICOL CSAM system by Softronic. Nowadays it runs both on inter-regional and regional trains in the classic red-white livery, but it’s differentiated by its stripes on the front which gives it a more unique look among CFR’s locomotives. It also has a front emblem which makes it even more appreciated and known among rail enthusiasts.
