These are REPAINTS/RESKINS. This means that the package contains only textures and other small improvements added to the main loco. In order for this asset to work you need to have installed the main model of CFR 060 – EA 476-692-5 which can be found
HERE.
This pack contains five different paint schemes of the 060EA locomotive, four of them used by the Romanian
national operator CFR and one from private operator Train Hungary Magánvasút used mostly in Hungary, but can often be seen
on Romanian railways also. Each repaint features high resolution photo textures reflecting the real look of the
respective locomotives. The CFR operated locomotives belong to the biggest depots in the country, namely Brasov, Timisoara, Cluj Napoca and Bucuresti.

Installation
Step 1 – Make sure that you have the main model (CFR 060 – EA 476-692-5) of the loco installed and working.
Step 2 – Run the utility and follow the installation steps.
History
EA004
060-EA-004 was built in 1966 by ASEA (Almana Svenska Electrica Actiebolaget) Sweden and it is one of the first ten original EA locomotives delivered to Romania.
Only after these ten original pieces did the mass production of the 060-EA locomotives begin under license at the “Electroputere Craiova” factory in Romania.
EA004 is the fourth original locomotive imported in Romania in January of 1966 and it belongs to the Brasov depot. It completed duties for a number of high rank services for CFR Calatori
among which the famous international train called “Dacia Express” between Vienna and Bucharest. EA004, modernized in 2003 by “Reloc Craiova,” is the locomotive with the most mileage registered in Romania, with more than 8 million kilometers and counting!
This used and rugged paint scheme represents today’s look of the locomotive.
EA251
This is a repaint of the EA251 Class 41 locomotive, built in 1981 at “Electroputere Craiova” factory and it belongs to the Timisoara Depot. It was one of the most taken care of locomotive in the fleet.
It is a recent trend at “CFR Calatori” to paint the locomotives in more standardized paint scheme, which enthusiasts call the “Express” paint scheme.
Most of the recently repaired Class 41 locomotives get this paintjob. EA251 was recently repaired and painted at “S.C.R.L. Brasov” in the new Express scheme.
This version is the actual look of the locomotive in 2020.
EA692
This is a repaint of the original EA 476-692-5 made for Train Simulator by Train Motion. The locomotive belongs to the Bucharest Depot
and is one of the most recent modernized versions of the 060 EA originals. Modernized in the year 2009, this locomotive is used by “CFR Calatori” to service passenger
trains throughout the country for almost 10 years now. EA692 is also one of the few 47 class locomotives with the “dolphin” paint scheme to be
also used for freight duty. This used and rugged look of the locomotive was the actual look of the locomotive during the year 2019 before
it underwent repairs at the end of the year.
EA464
This Class 41 locomotive was built in 1980 in the “Electroputere Craiova” factory and modernized by “Reloc Craiova” in 2007 when it was fitted with the ICOL system and AC among others.
This repaint of the EA464 locomotive is the only modernized locomotive in Romania featuring the classic CFR paint scheme (light grey, blue and red) This mostly clean version is the actual look
of the locomotive during 2019-2020.
THM 001
Train Hungary Maganvasut is a private freight operator in Hungary which also transports goods in Romania. It’s fleet contains mostly Romania made locomotives, as is the case
with this THM 600 001 repaint. Built in 1987 at the “Electroputere Craiova” factory, modernized in 2008 at “Reloc Craiova” to feature the ICOL system and painted in the current
paintjob in 2014, this locomotive is featuring one of the nicest schemes you can meet on Romanian Railroads. This version is the actual look of the locomotive since the year 2018 and it can
be mostly seen operating on the Hungarian Railroad.
